The hotel is a great spot for ski enthusiasts, with friendly staff and good dining options. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although the early opening hours may not suit early risers like me. The ski room facilities are convenient, and the staff is attentive to guests' needs.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious, with two rooms, two bathrooms, and a balcony, equipped with all the necessary amenities you'd expect in a 5-star hotel. However, they were quite uncomfortable during the summer when opening the windows. The hotel restaurant was a great place for kids to watch all the latest cartoons.
I had a wonderful time at the hotel. The rooms were fantastic for the small price difference, and the dresser room was fantastic. The service, compared to, for example, Austrian hotels of a similar class, deserved the rating. The location was fantastic, with unlimited access to Terma Bania thermal pools. The dining experience was amazing in all 3 restaurants, especially at Restauracja Goralska. The facilities were top-notch.
